Gray and khaki, a fashion do or don’t?
Loading ...All was calm in the journalism room on Wednesday, Sept. 2 until a heated debate overcame The Echoes staff. Do gray shirts pair well with khaki pants? This argument has been ongoing since and has not yet ceased.
Many others have also gotten involved, between English classes and Facebook posts, the age-old debate has taken precedence over every other responsibility.
Junior Collin Nguyen purposefully wore the combination to explore the reactions and opinions that arose.
“I wanted to prove (journalism adviser) Mr. (Gerry) Appel wrong and show him that khakis and gray can look swanky as heck,” Nguyen said.
