Students and Teachers get excited about the Career fair on October 5, 2023. The career fair is an opportunity to explore different careers in our community, as well as providing a lesson on how to approach someone professionally. All key components of what you feel uneasy about when diving into a career to spend the rest of your life in will be discussed at this year’s career fair to put your concerns at ease. 

 One of our very own counselors, Mrs. Hallagan is most excited for the event claiming, “There is nothing I would do to change it, it’s perfect!” 

This event is very beneficial to students and teachers as it gets them involved in the work-like environment. Students are reminded of this through conversations with advisement teachers about getting them involved in their future. Counselors meet with the students often to talk about college and encourage them to attend. However, that might not exactly make the cut for best career readiness, which is why events like this are great for the community! Mrs.Hallagan explains her favorite part of the Career fair, “ The best part of the career fair is seeing students connecting and communicating in a different setting than a classroom, but still learning and gaining a lot from the experience of talking to representatives.” She can’t wait to see it again on October 5th, 2023 for this year’s career fair.
