Q: When did you start basketball and what led to you getting involved in the sport? 

AN: I started basketball when I was 3 years old. I grew up in a basketball household so I have been around it my entire life.

Q: What was your favorite play of your 1000 point career?

AN: My favorite play of my 1000-point career has to be the 3-pointer I made to get it. It felt so good to finally accomplish the goal.

Q: What does this milestone mean to you?

AN: It has been a goal for me ever since I was a freshman, so to actually be able to succeed is unbelievable. I’m so thankful for my team to help me get there.

Q: What is one thing after you are done playing basketball at AL, that you would want people to know?

AN:  I want people to know that the relationships you make while playing basketball for AL are unlike any other sport.

Q: What are your plans with your basketball career after high school is over?

AN: After high school is over, I will no longer play basketball, but I plan to still help coach other little girls’ teams.
